  • Overtime pay
  • Vacation

All provincially regulated employers must comply with the requirements of the ESA. If you work for a federally regulated employer, such as a bank, airline, telecom provider, broadcaster, then you are subject to the Canada Labour Code. The Canada Labour Code contains similar employment standards entitlements and protections.

JPAK Employment Lawyers have advised and have successfully represented clients with respect to employment standards violations, at the Ministry of Labour, the Ontario Labour Relations Board and in court proceedings. Know your rights and the various financial remedies and options available to you in the event of non-compliance. Contact us today.
