Ava Clarke

Legal Research Associate

Ava Clarke is a summer intern, assisting with research and drafting. She is a law student at the University of Western Ontario, concentrating in business law and has completed a bachelor’s degree (honours) in a Law and Legal Studies program. With years of experience in legal research and communications, Ava is creative, organized, and adaptable.

Ava is a member of the Art Law Society at Western and organizes panels for lawyers to speak with students about intellectual property, technology, and issues of cultural appropriation. Ava is also currently working on having a research paper published on civilian casualties and military law in the context of the Iraq War.

In her free time, Ava is an avid cook and food history enthusiast. She also enjoys reading, fictional writing, and rock climbing.
