Jasmine El Hamidi
Associate Lawyer
Jasmine is an Associate Lawyer at JPAK Employment Lawyers, where she delivers thoughtful, strategic advice to both employees and employers navigating complex workplace disputes. Her practice focuses on labour and employment law, and she is known for her sharp advocacy, practical problem-solving, and unwavering commitment to client service.
Jasmine was called to the Ontario Bar in 2024 after articling and summering at a prominent litigation boutique in downtown Toronto, where she gained hands-on experience in high-stakes commercial litigation. She brings that same intensity and precision to her employment law files today.
She earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Ottawa’s English Common Law program, where she distinguished herself through leadership roles in the Ottawa Law Review, Legal Writing Academy, Access to Justice Lab, Allies in Law Mentorship Program, and the Common Law Student Society. Prior to law school, Jasmine graduated with distinction from the Odette School of Business at the University of Windsor, earning a Bachelor of Commerce with a focus in Strategy & Entrepreneurship.
Beyond the office, Jasmine brings the same energy and curiosity to her personal life—whether exploring Toronto’s vibrant food scene, traveling to new cities, or keeping active through pilates, spin, and yoga. She’s also a trivia buff with a competitive streak.
